Overview

Zillion Home Buyers was a real estate investment enterprise focused on direct property acquisitions. The company required an uncluttered, high-converting squeeze page designed to capture prospective seller inquiries and property details from targeted advertising campaigns.

Hired independently as Solo Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy the solution. Built a lightweight, mobile-responsive static HTML/CSS landing page paired with secure server-side form processing to maximize conversion rates and deliver near-instant page loads.
